Data handling

Send the smallest export set that can answer the question.

Operalith does not need a full system dump to start an audit. The first pass works best with a focused export set tied to one branch, service line, or queue.

Send these first
  • Work orders CSV
  • Invoices CSV
  • Field notes or closeout notes if available
  • Quotes CSV when quoted work and billed work often diverge
Do not send these first
  • Passwords or credentials
  • Wide admin exports unrelated to the review
  • Large bundled archives when separate CSVs are available
  • Unscoped files outside the agreed branch or service line
After submission

Keep the first review easy to inspect.

If the right export set is still unclear, contact Operalith first. A smaller, cleaner first submission almost always produces a better review.

  1. 01

Files are checked and staged in private storage.

  2. 02

The dataset is reviewed directly against the agreed question and scope.

  3. 03

Findings are delivered only after the first packet is assembled and checked.

Need help first

Clarify the cleanest dataset before files move.

Use contact when the first export set still needs a human call. A smaller, cleaner dataset is usually the better first review.
